Teens in Grades 6-12 (Fall 2026) are eligible to volunteer in the Childrenās Summer Reading Program.
The program runs for 6 weeks beginning Monday, June 29th and ends Friday, August 7th.

Registration begins ONLINE ONLY starting at 4PM on Tuesday, June 2nd for children entering Grades 6-12 (Fall 2026). All interested volunteers must register online at www.seafordlibrary.org. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. Registration is on first come, first served basis. Space is limited in each session. Due to limited space, each volunteer can only register for ONE time slot. A waiting list will be available for the time slots that are filled. We will contact you if space becomes available.

All registrants must attend the virtual orientation in order to be eligible for volunteer hours. Link will be provided after registration. The meeting will be around 30 minutes. IF YOU DO NOT ATTEND THE TRAINING, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR SPOT AND WE WILL NOTIFY THE NEXT PERSON ON THE WAITING LIST.
